HUGE BENEFIT....multiple locations in and out of state.
Clean studios, spacious back studio, not too loud music (right volume!), variety of class levels. The only thing I wish that was offered was a more true Dharma sequence — wheel, headstand, shoulder stand, fish. I often feel there’s such emphasis on the workout (a million weird things or trying some instagram-friendly pose) that sometimes the actual asana is lost.

Yoga sculpt was SO hard. Had only taken it once at Greenwood's location before and holy cow the QA location is no joke.
Also, the moment I walked in, everyone was really welcoming and immediately signed me up for a free week even though I was ready to pay.
