Great location. I was in Seattle visiting, so it was great to have a place to go. I would suggest adding an earlier Yoga Sculpt class.

I appreciate being the kind/down to earth demeanor of the teachers. I especially appreciate the teachers who get creative and vary their classes. Kai, Miranda, and Brenna have been especially awesome.

The classes are challenging the teachers seem to genuinely enjoy themselves while they teach and I appreciate the consistency of the classes but also the fact that they are not exactly the same each time.

I like how the instructors go slow and understand that some people aren't as advanced as others so they allow everyone to go at their own pace. I also enjoy how the classes aren't that hard but you still get a full body workout
