I have already felt very welcomed by most staff as soon as I walk in and that alone keeps me coming back. I love the space and feel that the ambiance creates a very comfortable atmosphere to practice. I feel like I always walk away from class having been challenged and really excited by my practice. I always feel extra motivated by the music that is played during practice also. Great work!

Clean locker room, friendly and capable instructors, great location. Some of the classes could be more difficult (the level 2 classes). I think all the instructors are great and I understand each has a different style, but Marvin is the best--really pushes the class, noticeably more than any other instructor.

I've only been to Core Power a couple of times and have never felt uncomfortable or out of place due to being new, which I often feel at other places. I go to yoga to focus on myself and to not worry about what other people in the class think. Core Power has been great for this
