I have visited over 30 CPY studios around the country and Cap Hill is my fav❤️rite. It’s the people for sure. Everyone is friendly, inclusive, and genuinely empathetic. Great instructors, great studio and use of space. Gets very crowded and the small size is not adequate for the large customer base.

Nathalie was fantastic. It was my first time in yoga and I could follow pretty well. It was difficult for me but I enjoyed it. The facility was nice and the person who checked me in was helpful.

The studio is gorgeous like a spa. It was very clean and organized. The retail selection was very impressive and expansive. Everything I could of wanted was right there!
Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The class was amazing! The music was great but the instructor was amazing!
I felt like a new person when I left! Thank you ALL for making me feel so welcome and at home.
I look forward to coming back!

Everything was good. Nice to have locker keys provided. Restrooms were clean and well stocked. Yoga room was spotless and cleaned after class. Instructor was good, with good cues

I like the amenities and how clean the studio is. I can usually find a class to attend within my schedule. However I don't LOVE hot or heated classes. That said, I still come back.
