I love the variety of classes available--I think that is very unique. It offers the opportunity for CPY students to pursue a variety of goals in their practice: meditation, self-improvement, fitness, balance, etc. The community and culture of the studio is the most welcoming and genuine I have found thus far in my practice.
Number of classes and the app make it very easy to find something that fits in my schedule… this makes it very easy to stay on track with my health and fitness. I love the atmosphere and friendly folks who run the place always make me feel welcome.

I took two or three classes when I recently visited Seattle. One class was with Nattika D and the class was fantastic. I think she is a very gifted instructor and I would go out of my way to take classes with her when visiting Seattle in the future.
