The instructor Connie (I think I have the name) was excellent because she struck a perfect balance of peacefulness and clear instruction as she guided us through the practice. The reception staff was really pleasant and I felt very welcomed (it was my first time back in well over a year).

It was exactly what I was looking for after this awful political week.

Nice studio and clean. Locker room, showers, and toilets are nice. Love that shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided. Though I do not like that people wear their shoes inside the locker room. Teacher was great. Thanks for having disinfectant wipes. I'm a germaphobe.

Excellent yoga classes!!!

Love CorePower. Only two hindrances are: 1) pricing--it is so difficult to sustain membership and classes on an increasingly lower income in my life despite my love of the culture, business model and experiences; and 2) locations--I am currently driving nearly an hour to attend a class I can barely afford when I live within 15 minutes of a major city center (Sacramento) and many other yoga classes/institutes are closer and somewhat more affordable. Sad to me as I would be a CorePower loyalist otherwise. Just love the company and programs....instructors.... classes....concept. I will keep my hopes up that over time the business will expand, grow in more major suburban locations and become more affordable and cost efficient for single moms who are very fitness-oriented and disciplined in the practice of yoga yet on strict, fixed incomes like me. :)

You always get a friendly welcome, great classes and teachers, setting you up for the day. Before you know it you will be addicted!

Nice facility, great class, friendly people- overall very positive experience. If I had to make one suggestion, I guess it would be for less expensive classes!

I really enjoyed the class and studio! The only thing stopping me from joining is that drive is not practical for me with our terrible 405 traffic.

I like the variety of classes that are offered. I also like the manner in which the instructors interact with student and are available before and after classes for comments or questions.

The classes and the music!

Everyone was so nice and helpful, I was brand new to yoga and the studio when I came in last weekend and felt comfortable and taken care of. I am buying a membership this week when my free week is up. I LOVE how you can try it free and get a sense of the classes and type of instruction before committing, such an amazing way to bring new people in, I will be bringing some friends with me thanks to this great way to try something new. Excited to be part of this!
