My teacher was Lindsey and I just say she is one of my top favorite teachers. I'm from Minnesota and visited Seattle/Bellevue for the weekend and enjoyed her class way more than any other core power yoga 1 class that I've gotten in Minnesota (there are 3 studios within a 15mi radius of my home). props to her for an amazing class.

front desk/instructors are great. studio is clean and fresh. room isn't too hot. would recommend to anyone looking to practice yoga.
Very nice facility and instructor. It was my 1st time doing a "hot" yoga session. Not sure if I would want to make it part of my usual practice, but having just landed after a 10 hr flight, it was the best thing ever! I felt cleansed and stretched again after being cooped up on a plane. The instructor was great and gave a very nice balance of guidance and freedom. Thank you for the opportunity and I will definitely recommend CoreYoga to my USA friends.

I liked the friendly staff. The challenging classes. The tons of times to choose from. I do wish the final relaxation was a little bit longer. But overall it was awesome!
