the workouts and yoga are fantastic, but the community makes you really engaged. the teachers make a personal connection and it becomes part of your life. it's not competitive, it's supportive. I truly love CPW it's a huge part of my life, and my sweetheart and I also share this together so it's a bonus.
Sculpt is my addiction, I also love C2. I am so happy that additional Sculpt classes have been added on the weekends.
The bathrooms are really nice and amenities are appreciated. You guys are doing a great job. I hope you are thriving, because you are helping me to thrive. I'm 56 (on the way older end of your demographic) and you resonate. Love!
