Always so clean, staff professional and pleasant

the classes are hard, I feel like I get a good workout. The staff is caring and friendly, they are also really expert and good at what they do. I like the studio itself and the locker rooms. Parking is covered, which is really nice, but the worst part of the experience is that garage, it's tricky to park in and stresses me out! At least I can let that go in class!

Love Christin D on Tuesday afternoons! I do wish the CSX classes alternated each week so I can get an opportunity to try all three (I can't make some of the times the classes are offered). I am locked in at a lower rate which is great for me, but I have a hard time recommending my friends to go since they would have to pay the full price. I also have no idea who won the challenge last month. There has been no mention on any social media pages or by my studio, this should be followed through, and not just forgotten about.

It’s consistent, times of classes hv changed to a much more favorable time for me, teachers are excellent!! It’s clean and parking is better too!

Studio is clean, organized, and the instructors care a great deal. It’s not the closest studio to my house but it’s easier to park and I enjoy the setting. The new weight classes arrived at the perfect time, I was just wanting to add more heavy weights to my routine. The classes I initially joined for were Powersculpt and Hot Power Fusion.

Best Corepower I have ever been to. The class was absolutely amazing but what stood out the most was the wonderful staff. I wish I lived closer because I would definitely go there everyday.

Great! I love Corepower here, less crowded than other studios. Given that it is less crowded, I think the heat could be turned up 2-3 degrees higher. I feel like I don't sweat as much in sculpt and C2 as I do in other studios with more people per class. Definitely will keep coming to this location!

Good workout. The instructor kept us moving but had good built in mini breaks. He presented good options to make the workout more challenging such as using weight. Also there was positive reinforcement

Great classes and studio! Enjoyed the new strength power yoga with weights and bands. Still feel the results.

The energy, poses and teacher of our Core Power 2 class were excellent! It was definitely HOT in class but it felt good to practice again after so many years away. Lots of free parking too!

Lots of class choices, friendly and welcoming environment

Kate is a fantastic instructor. It was my first time ever attending a yoga class and she was not only great at explaining how to perform each workout, but she explained the impact each one should be having on our bodies and some alternatives if we were unable to perform a certain action.

Set up is comfortable. Class was at a comfortable pace.

I like that we have 6am classes and would like to have core restore on Sunday afternoon if possible.
