I like that the studio is clean and inviting. I love that the instructors give great directions (I went to some other closer to home studios before rejoining core power and often found the instructors describing poses without just saying the name and frequently leaving out the inhale/exhale. It was frustrating to me to spend 1/2 the pose time trying to figure out what pose they wanted us to do, so I really appreciate this). I think the instructors do a great job of using music and lights to guide the energy of the classes. I also like the quiet space inside the yoga room. It allows me to turn my focus inward and relax more than other studios where people are as chatty in the yoga room as in the lobby. I love people but my yoga time is me time.
Responsive management, early morning class options and high quality instructors.
It was my first time in hot yoga class. I have heard only good things about it and I decided to try. I’m so happy I did it! I went to studio in Broadway with Dominika, set myself close to the door just in case it will get too hot and I will need to take a break.
The instructor was very professional and her calming voice in addition to the practice flow with the perfectly matched music took my mind away. Some of the flows were challenging to me but instructor seeing it came closer and showed it again giving me a chance to do it the right way. I liked it that it was done in so respectful and subtle manner. Before I noticed it was the end of the class.
I will definitely come back to Dominika’s class.

Scheduling is really flexible and I get to choose any teacher based on type of class. The studios at Bellevue and Capitol Hill in Seattle are really well managed. Teachers are available for all of my queries and help me grow my practice.

I love all the different classes. There is are classes all day to fit anyone’s schedule, and all different types of classes to fit your mood. The instructors are so knowledgeable and friendly. I love how they know the names of all the regulars. 💖 Core Power!
