I have an unlimited monthly membership and have been going to the Seattle studios for almost a year and a half. I recently started a new job in Bellevue and so I started going to the Bellevue CPY studio after work. So far it’s been great and I’ve loved all the instructors whose classes I’ve taken. I do miss Sculpt classes though… I know that Bellevue offers them, but the class times aren’t convenient for after work. It would be nice to see the 5:30 class alternate—one day C2, the next day Sculpt—instead of C2 at that time every day. I miss having that variety in my practice!

Nova is the best instructor, I always feel so relaxed after her classes, but also like I’ve pushed myself in my practice (in a good way) - I hope to have the opportunity to flow with her more!
Dana teaches a great class with upbeat music. All of the teachers have high energy classes and the classes are full but not over crowded.
The remix yoga sculpt was AWESOME. Loved the approach and energy.

The studio was nice, the yoga & sculpt workout was a great full body workout, and I liked the music.
Both classes I took were excellent.
Love the Ballard studio and staff. Only docked it down a point because lately there has been a lot of people with phones in class which I've not experienced at other yoga studios
