I like that there are a variety of classes to take. I also like that each teacher makes the class their own so that all HPFs or C2 classes are not the same.

The studio is always clean. The instructors are helpful, they explain the positions and provide areas to focuse on while holding a position. The scents sprayed at the end are relaxing and a perfect way to end my day.

The facilities are very clean and well stocked with basic necessities like handwashing soap, plus other things like lotions and deodorants. i feel safe leaving my personnel belongings because they have lockers. The staff is very friendly and courteous and not snooty. The instructors make the class very accepting and inspiring because they are respectful of your abilities and they don't sound like drill sargeants when delivering instructions during class
