I've taken two classes so far and everyone has been super friendly! As someone new to yoga classes, I like the way the instructors guide the class through the various steps in such a way that it doesn't even feel like instructions! The classes move so smoothly and the overall experience, so far, leaves me feeling relaxed and refreshed! I'm looking forward to taking other classes to continue in my yoga journey!

I enjoy the environment and the yoga instructors. I don't have a favorite instructor, but am always impressed when I come in to a class. I think all of the instructors are great at this location.

The classes are challenging but allow for all levels of practice. The teachers are all excellent. The moderate temperature allows for a deeper stretch and a greater workout which results in an allover happier being.

The class availability and every class I've been to, the teachers are great and very engaged. Weather you are a beginner or an expert, you fit right in
