Clean environment and nice studio

100% of my previous yoga experience was at 24 hour fitness. So, in relationship to gym yoga, I would have to say my experience at CorePower Yoga was much better. At CorePower Yoga, you don't get the distractions of people on weight machines just outside the practice area, the lighting always matches the mood of the current routine, and the instructor was able to verbally communicate instructions in an efficient and thorough manner, providing helpful demonstrations when necessary.

Overall, the class was much more relaxing, and allowed me to focus on the practice, rather than just trying to make it to the end.

The studio and locker rooms are very clean. I enjoy the classes, although some instructors are better than others.

I like the flexibility of class schedules, instructors, locations and types of classes.
