The studio is very clean and welcoming! The staff is very nice and knowledgeable. The schedule is good to offer variety of classes.
The professional and friendly manner of the HFP yoga instructors is outstanding. I have only participated in the HFP classes with Core Power. I belong to another club that also offers yoga, and I take their yoga classes, but after I experienced HFP (led by both Dat and Lisa) I found the experience so beneficial I've purchased the 10 class package and plan to purchase another 10 package when the first run out. Thanks to Dat and Lisa for their inspiring classes!

Sonny was one of the best teachers I have ever had at a Corepower studio. His explanations were thorough and precise. And he was funny! His encouragement helped me to try crow for the first time!
