I really like how neat and tidy the studio is kept. It sounds basic but to have the weights stacked properly, the floors swept and the locker room clean is really helpful. I love YogaScult with Sandra. She does a great job explaining proper form and provides different levels to up the difficulty.

Why are the HPF classes being offered at low heat and humidity? Regular HPF classes would be great. Not sure if this is something people have requested, I think the majority would like regular HPF classes.

I love the instructors and the early morning classes. One feedback for improvement: Lately, the Studio floor has not been as clean as it was before. Not just dust but more hair etc.
