I like the welcoming people who are professional (the people who work there don't act too friendly with one another which I've seen at other places, which makes me feel weird). The classes are well thought-through and challenging. Plus I get a teacher discount and wouldn't be able to afford it without it! Thanks ;)

Suggestions:
Add a c3 class
Start classes on time. Most are routinely 10 mins late. Problem for those on a schedule
Provide addl training to Kyung. She's a great yogi but instructions too verbose difficult to understand and music too loud. Her classes are poorly attended

As soon I walked in the door Mary Beth greeted me with her sweet smile. She answered all my questions, joined me up for my free week, and taught my first class. Her loving and caring way made me feel at home and relaxed, even though I'm type A+ personality! Everyone there is so friendly! I always enjoy the format and fluidity of the classes. The instructors are very well trained, and all generally speak the same class/yoga 'language'. I also appreciate how the instructors encourage the individuals in class to have an intention to focus on for that day's class.
