I really enjoy the location of the facility and the fact that there are two spacious rooms. I think all the instructors are great and i love the hands on adjustments and personal touches. The space is also very clean. Two thumbs up!!

I like most of the core classes, especially the sculpt.

I love the atmosphere and how it makes me feel. Nothing really beats feeling good about yourself and your body. Moving in motion and in sync with other bodies is also very intriguing.
