Variety of classes

I like the consistency of the class format and the professionalism of the instructors. I love the heat, however, some of the newer trained instructors are keeping the rooms much cooler and even open the door too frequently. The teachers, the heat ,and the workout are what keep both my husband and I back as we attend class six times weekly.

I love everything. It the La Jolla studio is way way too small. It smells so bad fur to sweat j can't go there anymore.
Encinitas location is the best

Love Core Power! I have brought many friends

I like C1 because the heat is not so insane. I wish you offered more of those classes or some C2s that aren't so hot. That is the only drawback for me in joining. There is only one class that doesn't have the excessive heat.
