Frequent classes.

At this location, I like the space which was big. I thought the instructors were fairly knowledgeable, little more real, and helpful to students that were beginners. Provided alternatives to make it more challenging for the more advanced students.

You wouldn’t think that the atmosphere at the different locations would be different but the Encinitas has a calm and relaxing vibe, closer to more traditional yoga studios have.

So much, grateful for the studio, some really good teachers and great students!

I completely love the hot yoga classes, especially the yoga sculpt. By far the best class i have taken, altho i do need to build up endurance for it. Sheila is a great motivator and instructor.

I would love to join Core Yoga but unfortunately it's overpriced for me. I truly enjoyed the week free trial.

Jill’s sculpt class was the best sculpt I have taken in my CPY history! Jill and I were sculpt certified together, and I must say, she has blossomed into one amazing sculpt teacher. I was blown away with her authentic cues, adjustments, and ability to really connect with the class!

I love Core Power Yoga! I actually live in Santa Barbara and will be actively participating in classes there, but it was my pleasure to enjoy the class in Encinitas. I visit Encinitas a few times a year and will be sure to come to Core Power Yoga while I am there. I enjoyed the focus on form and the calm voice and music in the Encinitas class.

The instructors and staff are very friendly. New to Yoga and recovering from back injury, notified instructor and she gave me cues of alternatives to twisting and hinging motions. Love the classes and will be joining as a full time member.

Sculpt room was amazing, overlooking the trees. Instructor was great, challenging and upbeat!
