Love the variety of classes offered and the number of classes to choose from. You offer more classes each day compared to other studios so it’s easier to find class times that work with busy schedules.
CPY is the best! Only wish that Shellie taught more classes (6am or 6:15pm). She is the best!
Also wish there were more 6:45pm C2s and more HPFs options for students who work normal business hours. Maybe 7:30 pm HPF twice a week?

Love the variation of classes from Yoga Sculpt to the hottest yoga class, (I’m new so I don’t know the names yet.) I feel more centered, more flexible, strong, and balanced.
