Great instructors. Highly motivating. They make you want to come back. Kudos to Andi and Matt Weston. Every instructor should have to sit through a dozen of their classes to learn how it's done.

I loved EVERYTHING! The studio is centrally located and clean and beautiful. Every staff member is kind and greets you with a warm smile. Most important of all, the instructor Amy O is truly the BEST! The sculpt class was incredibly challenging and she has a magical way of not only working your physical body but helping to incorporate and strengthen your mind and spirit simultaneously. It's a full body experience and transformation and can help reset your life in a positive way. I'm so grateful for Amy O and the CPY community.
