I love bringing focus on breathing and intention to my mat. I especially appreciate when the teachers are as spiritual and open about their everyday goals as well, they motivate me to continue my yoga practice and it's not about each pose as a challenge but it's more clarity for ourselves in the moment. It brings now into focus and to live for the present not only for others but ourselves.

You guys have great customer service. I recently went to a different workout studio that offered me a free class, but when I come in, they said I was a member of one of their franchise studios in a different state 2 years ago, so they wouldn't honor the free class. I love that Core Power offers a week of free classes, even if I have tried your classes at a different location before. Because each studio is different and I usually like to try it out before I commit. I also love that even after I've committed to a monthly membership, you allow me to put my membership on hold at no cost if I am traveling. Other studios don't allow this.
