I like coming to the candle lit classes at night. The instruction is great and it’s nice way to wind down. Would love if an hpf or core restore made its way into the weekly evening lineup. I am unable to do sculpt due to health issues and it seems to dominate the schedule.

Eleanor was great. It was my first yoga class in years and multiple people in the class were willing to help me find things. They were sweet. The room was really hot though. Eleanor tried her best to help that but that was the only thing I would have changed if I could

At core power the temperatures and classes are pretty consistent and the many locations/times make it easy to find classes to fit my schedule.

I love Corepower! HPF is my favorite class; so detoxifying and rejuvenating and the instructors are always wonderful :) I love the merchandise, but it's a bit pricey. I refer to yoga as my church; satisfying my need for cleansing of the mind, body & soul. It means much more to me than just a workout and I love how the instructors work special messages and mantras into every class. I highly recommend Corepower!

I love how tight-knit and welcoming the community is at the Mission Valley studio! Tess is so bright and cheerful and she has brought so much positivity to the studio! I love the accessibility and variety of classes. It’s such a great home!

I love that there are multiple classes at multiple studios each day so I have more chances to be able to fit a yoga class into my busy schedule as an entrepreneur.

I also like having multiple different class styles to challenge my body.

Class instruction was stellar! The showers are also awesome. Seems weird to say, but after a tough class, a simple shower with strong pressure is so needed! Love the studio, my first time there and upon leaving I ran into the glass at the bottom of the stairs(LOL!) Maybe put some graphics on the glass pane to avoid others from doing the same!
