I LOVE IT SO MUCH. UTC instructors are amazing. I believe Heather was my teacher. SHE WAS AMAZING. Never got so much out of Yoga as my first session with Heather. It's important for teachers to walk us through the breathwork and she's so consistent, formulaic, and clear.

I was visiting from out of town and the instructors were so nice and welcoming, especially Ashley!

All of the instructors are very knowledgeable, inspiring and friendly. I really enjoy taking HPF adn then Core Restore from Lori.

What a nice Valentine’s Day

I love the energy, the instructors, the music and the sequences.

I recently walked in to the Regents Road studio to inquire about hot yoga classes. The woman at the front desk (LeeAnn) welcomed me with a huge smile & an enormous positive energy…she made me feel like I belonged there. LeeAnn encouraged me to join a hot yoga class she was teaching in the next 20 minutes! Yikes!!!!! I thought to myself…
Reluctantly, I accepted the “challenge”, they provided me with a clean towel, a Yoga mat, a lock to secure my purse, etc. and words of support. I did the class to the best of my ability. Unfortunately, I don’t think it’s for me but I have not 100% ruled it out. Having said that, I highly recommend giving it a try.

I like the smaller studio and the diversity of the clients. I also appreciate the kind and knowledgeable teachers and staff.

Variety of classes and locations.

Great class and studio. Staff is always friendly and open to receiving and giving feedback. Classes are always a perfect match to further my practice.

The Staff is personable, caring and makes everyone feel like they are an important member of the CorePower community. Heather is especially helpful and a wonderful, patient C-1 instructor.

The only opportunity is for the studio to be cleaned thoroughly between classes.

It's great however some instructor are not keeping it warm enough like in Del Mar

Please fix the shower.
