Friendly and welcoming staff members that are always there to help, never judge. I am inconsistent about my yoga practices and I've never felt uncomfortable even though I know I need lots of improvement. Studios and bathrooms are sksays clean too, and the multiple locations is a huge bonus!

many of the instructors aim to help us to obtain our own physical well-being through their genuine care and assistance. It always makes me feel that i've regained a sense of peacefulness within myself after the classes. Unlike some previous yoga experiences I've had, I find very few instructors at core 'preach' certain yoga philosophies strongly and respect our individual personal spaces, which I highly appreciate!

The instructors are extremely friendly. They encourage growth with every class and keep it fresh with creative new sequences. I also love how some months they focus on themes or have workshops to improve arm balances or transitions etc.
The classes are offered in a variety of levels to accommodate different people's needs. I love that the classes are a serious workout - that's exactly what I look for in yoga classes. The instructors are very experienced and knowledgeable. The facility is very nice and always clean. It has a great environment where your practice is encouraged to grow.

Love all the classes
The workout and environment is just wonderful.
1. You treat your clients honestly and fairly. The "one week free" is a legitimate good deal. You don't have to join and then go through an elaborate process to cancel. This is what I tell people who I encourage to join your studios. It seems like your approach is that if it is right for the client, they will continue. There's no point in forcing it.
2. The process welcomes all. I am a 60-year-old, retired man. I feel comfortable and welcome in a weekday class at 9:00am that's mostly (or all) women in their 20s and 30s, and this is due to the instructors' attitudes and the Corepower culture. Bravo to your management! When I occasionally visit other non-Corepwer studios while traveling, I get the feeling l that I am an outsider invading some little high school clique.
3. My home studios are UTC/La Jolla and Clairemont. I have been to other San Diego studios as well as Bethesda, Seattle, Portland, Redondo Beach and Torrance. All of the studios foster this welcoming attitude and all of the instructors teach by a consistent method (although San Diego is the best, thanks largely to Emily D, I think). My daughter-in-law is crossing her fingers for a studio in northwest Indianapolis because none of the studios there come close to the San Diego Corepower experience.
4. The mix of exercise and spiritual dimensions is right for me. I am there first for the exercise. I like the daily life messages - Pam at La Jolla/UTC is extraordinary and should write a book on the non-posture aspects of teaching yoga. I am less keen on the spiritual aspect, but that feels like an offering that you can accept or decline without judgment - perfect.
5. Keep doing what you're doing. You have a magic formula.
I love the welcoming atmosphere and the helpful hints and adjustments given by the instructors.
