Great teachers + convenient location
went to sculpt on a Saturday and the teachers name was "Dat'. He pushed us the entire class, but I never felt not safe the entire time. The theme he spoke of at the beginning of the class was carried through all the way to the end. Dat is an asset to core power please tell him Thank you!

Classes are challenging and push you
Great instructors, and the studios are clean and nice. Good to know the branding is consistent and you know what you'll get as you travel.
I attended a sculpt class taught by "Dat." Not only was it one of the best classes I have ever attended he talked us through each posture/move the entire class while at the same time motivating and pushing us. He reminded of our intention throughout the class. It almost seemed like the entire class was designed by the intention.
Will def go again as well as his candid sense of humor broke up the hardness of the class. Please thank him
