I am a big fan of the HPF class and while all the instructors are great, there is one instructor, her name escapes me right now, but she gives out a little piece of paper with a message on it. I love that personal touch.
Helpfulness and friendliness of staff, the heat, and the variety of classes and studios. The only thing I don't care for is, as anywhere would be with a billion people sweating is that the floors are getting a little manky/stinky. Otherwise, I am so glad l ditched Bikram and joined CPY!!!

The teacher was very nice & welcoming! I was running super last minute, she made me feel comfortable & gave me a few extra mins to set my stuff down. I had a birthday pass & they were sweet about wishing me a happy birthday. Class was awesome! Hand adjustments helped a whole lot. Definitely will be back!

Great class, our instructor did a lovely job.
Only downside was that the class was so packed. There must have been 60 people in there. Made it a bit difficult to practice.
The instructors are always positive and friendly, the heated room and the intensity of the workouts. I also love the music!
A friend of mine recommended Clairemont Mesa because the branch I usually go to has gotten so crowded. I really enjoyed the friendly atmosphere and I had plenty of room during class.
