Everything is perfect at clairemont Mesa core power! Some teacher heat up the room a bit too much but other than that it is the best yoga studio in town.

This was my first class. I have taken many, many classes, coached sessions, Bikram, studio yoga and many more! This was AMAZING! Your instructor was very, very good (in addition to being a wonderful woman!) and I worked hard and enjoyed it immensely. I am going to join the Blackhawk studio and will definitely be back down to visit the Clairmont studio!
Would love to have a bigger studio to have 2 classes at once, but in the same location.
Excellent teachers. Nice location. large studio. Friendly staff. All classes have been very good. I have especially enjoyed Yoga Sculpt there. (Teacher was a sub but other teachers in various types of classes have been good) Offers a variation of classes,times different from La Jolla (where I primarily attend) which creates more options to choose from.
Theresa was a great teacher. I enjoyed her profound understanding of anatomy and promoting body awareness.

I absolutely love this studio! The teachers are welcoming, friendly and competent. It's a small community and it feels like a family. They really care about their students, SET workers and co-workers. I would highly recommend this studio!
Close, great staff. Need to add a morning class between the 6am and 9am, like at 7:30. Hot yoga would be awesome.
