There is a welcoming and open studio experience. All the teachers are knowledgeable and make themselves available for questions after class. There are numerous classes offered a day and a variety of class types. I highly recommend as they offer a week one free trial, you have nothing to lose.

I've never had a negative experience here. The staff is so kind and friendly, facilities are always clean and I love starting my day with a yoga class.

The staff here goes above and beyond any other location I’ve been to. Although it’s a smaller sized studio, they also do their best to get people in and out in a clean studio.

Practicing yoga helps me move towards having a healthy body and forges a mind body connection. I feel fortunate to have an instructor that is not only leading me to another step physically by gently improving my form as needed. She also leads the class spiritually by her intuitive approach to the self and one’s place in class and beyond.

The instructors have all been great. Its clean and pleasant. And the classes are fun!
I look forward to Tuesdays and Wednesdays to practice with Lori and Dee - Perhaps having more HPF lasses between 4:15 and 7 would be a nice addition for those of us that work average office hours.
It's an open, friendly environment. There are a lot of classes scheduled throughout the day and week. It's been a very positive experience.
