Friendly instructor and great class!

I really like Core Restore, hence the high score. However, I do have an issue with the dog who is in the studio nearly every Thursday evening. I would not have a problem if the dog stayed out in the lobby. I like dogs, but I do not want one wandering around the studio while I am trying to get in the right head space for yoga, particularly Core Restore. The dog is cute and sweet, but absolutely does not belong in the studio. I can not relax or close my eyes without wondering if the dog is going to wander up to me and disturb me. Some times other yogis are excited to see the dog, and then there are their little cuts noises trying to entice the dog that are a further distraction to me. The owner, who is the teacher from the class before Core Restore, always comes and retrieves her dog within a few minutes, and she is always apologetic, but not. so put out by it that she ever attempts to contain the dog or keep it out of the studio. So, she knows her dog shouldn't be in there, but she doesn't actually put in any effort to make sure it doesn't happen in the first place. If she can't keep her dog in the lobby or office, she shouldn't bring the dog at all.

This is my favorite yoga studio I’ve been to! It’s convenient, clean, has good parking, and the best teachers. I love the culture of the studio and how the instructors get to know you on a first name basis. There is only one studio, so classes are limited, but they do a good job making sure there is variety every day.

The teachers are really supportive! I like the way they help modify some positions for my bad knee.

The instructors are very easy to follow and the variety of yoga positions and flows are challenging. I also appreciate the way each instructor offers assistance and even pushes the class participants outside their comfort zones to try new or different moves within the normal routine practices.

Dee’s presence and guidance is not only physically delightful but spiritually empowering. Every time I take her class I feel I transcend into a mind body spirit connection that allows me to embrace my soul and learn from my experiences and surroundings on a deeper level. On a physical level, she guides class in a way that is physically challenging and inspiring. I appreciate her so much. And I appreciate the freedom and environment Core Power gives her to spread her love and light.

I enjoyed the ckaras workshop. But it think it lends itself to a 75 min class instead in a series. 15 min to cover one chakra and an hour to focus on poses that open/balance that chakra.

Dee Hayes is the best! Plus the studio is always clean and the vibe is so chill
