Core Power Yoga always has very nice facilities and amenities. All of their studios are well taken care of.

The teachers at the North Park Studio are great, friendly, and do a wonderful job assisting during the yoga classes. I have learned a lot and have been able to develop my practice through the classes. My flexibility has improved and I have been able to use what I have learned in and out of the studio.

Clean studio, good variety of classes, and good location. I also like that there is a big lobby area and it's spread out.

The class only had three people in it, so it wasn't elitist or intimidating like I thought it was going to be. I have done yoga and Pilates before so I'm no stranger to it, however the instructor constantly reminding us how to perfect the pose and which muscles to tighten was extremely helpful because whenever I take a Pilates class, it moves so rapidly I forget to tighten and focus on certain muscles so I don't actually receive the full benefits from the workout. Noelle (if that's how you spell her name) was a totally awesome instructor.
