2 large studios and very clean.

Good teachers. Much of the courses' poses take into account modern knowledge about physiology. I'm less likely to go home tweaked or hurt. At the same time, I'd like to see teachers stop encouraging poses that can put the neck in jeopardy. The book, The Science of Yoga, looks at injuries that can be caused by pressure on the neck.

Clean Facility overall. Great instructors.

I like that the instructors are not cookie-cutter. They each have their own unique style and so the classes offered at CorePower Yoga - North Park are diverse and dynamic.

My husband and I really love to go to the North Park studio. Great vibes and lovely teachers - good times on and off the mat! These special hours convey relaxation, awareness, integrity and inner peace, not only during the class but long-lasting after the return home. For us it is the perfect reconciliation to our hectic every day life, where we can restore power and energy.

Especially Laurel's classes are very diversified and interesting. Got to love her positive aura.

I take C2 at 6am on weekdays. I love the quality of teachers at North Park. Saree's flow is very creative and she is the best teacher reminding us of our goddess-ness. She always put 100% into the class. Monica B. is the teacher who is not afraid to show her being vulnerable, which helps us to connect with her closely. I have achieved more poses in her class than any other classes I have taken by her very organized flow plan. Chantelle's ever grounding flow is much appreciated especially when I go to the stressful workspace right after. Her flow is the cleanest and I feel totally safe being in her class. Keli is such a passionate teacher. She teaches more than Yoga by just being herself. Her powerful flow is something I am looking forward every week. Amy P. is the most loving, caring and experienced teacher, who I admire very much. When she pushes us to the next level, which she always does, our limited perception of ourselves falls off and we always realize we landed on the next level in her class.
I also love the facility. The studio is very clean and feels sacred, too.

I really like the instructors and have built relationships with them. They provide a great service in my yoga practice. They are supportive of my yoga journey and that is appreciated. They understand and celebrate my individuality in yoga.

This was my first visit to a CorePower Yoga. Damon was by far the best instructor I have had the pleasure of taking a class with. Hot yoga is difficult, and Damon expertly walks your body and mind through each pose to keep you centered and breathing.

The instructors are very friendly and informative. They also provide a good array of transitions so members of all practices can challenge themselves appropriately to their level within each class.

All of the instructors are providing a very opening and welcoming environment while being professional and very helpful. The environment is very supportive.

I enjoy the instructors as they are well prepared a a great blend of the essence of yoga which is so important. The part that I do not enjoy is sometimes the loud music that is played during the hour. When the instructor is having to yell and half the time you can not hear them it is too loud. The music in my mind should just be background so everyone can feel the power of the yoga and also be contemplating the intention they are asked to set for class and not pulled by the loud music. I guess for those that want that I suggest they try 24 hour fitness. You have a great program just make the music secondary and not the mail focus. Thanks

The atmosphere at the North Park studio is very welcoming as a 'come one, come all'. There is no expectation that you must look, eat or practice yoga at certain way.
