I love the convenience and variety of classes! My favorite instructor is Liz LV as she provides a really great environment for personal growth and challenge. She demonstrates the peak pose at the beginning of the class, talks us through the steps, and has a great sense of humor. I wake up early on Sunday mornings to attend her class and it's like attending "church."
