Student Testimonials
I like everything about your products and services!! We just moved to south San Diego and had to cancel our membership!! So, the only thing I don't like....is that there is no Core Power in south San Diego!!!
great community and teachers. love the atmosphere of the studio as well.
Lots of classes every to choose from
The instructors
The instructors are GREAT and everyone working there is so friendly and personable. It makes yoga approachable and easier to come back.
A variety of classes ranging in difficulty and exercise.
Many locations to choose from in San Diego.
Clean and welcoming studio including changing rooms.
Polite and friendly staff.
There are always classes available.
I like the location, the yoga instructors and the overall vibe, not necessarily in that order.
I've been going to NP core power yoga for a couple years now and I can't say enough about how professional, passionate and friendly their staff is. Instructors create new and challenging classes often that make you want to come back for more. The manager Amore is one of a kind, gifted in creating a close family like vibe she has a genuine spirit that helps that location thrive. Highly recommended!
Great classes with kind, caring and very knowledgable teachers.
I appreciate the range of studios and the availability of classes. I enjoy the feeling of community. I always feel better after a class, it is often just what I needed.
Those who train at CorePower suceed in the Yoga industry. The personal connections I have made are meaningful and longlasting. The information taught is well organized and explained.
Lis had an excellent flow.
I have done absolutely nothing since I retired in November, 2014, I took the Core Restore on 2/14. Although I was already in pain, my sciatic nerve and 4 bulged discs, the class made the pain subside. I found it soothing and peaceful.
The studio & the instructors
I love the cleanliness of the studios, the organization and information given during my first free week, I love the professional attitude of the teachers yet they are so carefree and have awesome attitudes.
I like how many clssses are available
Love this studio!
Monica (Friday 8:30 class at NP) was amazing. She focused on getting the most out of our poses and was encouraging. I plan to be a regular in her class.
The instructor I had
I had been out of yoga for about 8 months due to a family issue and a very serious bicycle accident where I fractured my Elbow. I had to have 2 surgeries and a lot of Physical Therapy. I been a Black Tag member for many years and I had to freeze my account till I could recover. You promised me that you would keep anything the same and you asked to me come back when I was healthy. I came back last Friday and you kept your promise.
Thank you

Multiple rooms for classes, nice facilities with showers, good instructors
Instructors were very friendly and provided corrections during class. Started my day off with positive energy.
Great classes and teachers
Loved the class and Emily's energy. Glad I arrived early because this seems to be a very popular time/class, but folks seem to be willing to move around to make room for others :) I really appreciated Emily's words and suggestions to focus not only on the asana aspect, but to tune in and to add a little more mindfulness to the practice. Would not hesitate to recommend the studio and the instructor!
Good classes offered and well taught
The community. Location. Instructors. What's not to love?
Was visiting SD and had the pleasure of taking a powerful class led by the beautiful, Mayra. The rest of the staff was incredibly kind as well. What a great studio to visit and ground down.
Love the studio and teacher

Very clean! The heated yoga room does not smell like sweat and instructors are sweet, gentle, accommodating and respectful.
Hopefully there's more classes for beginners. I understand each has its own pace and style and should be open to this but most of the classes I had been to were often used by veteran yogis to "show off" BUT it intimidates new students bec a lot of instructors started focusing on them and marginalized the new students who were a lot slower.
