Nikki led a great, well-rounded sculpt class. She managed the heat/humidity well when it started getting too hot too. I liked her music and sequence, but especially her intensity and message. I really only attend the HPF class and what I love is I know exactly what to expect. Despite having different teachers, they all bring the same quality of teaching with their own personality. I think Core has some of the best instructors around.
