The dedicated instructors

There are many class times and the class leaders are across the board thoughtful, instructive, supportive and inspiring.

Yoga instruction in the 9:00 class Sat morning was outstanding. I have not done a serious yoga class since last year and the meditation and breathing instruction was well done.

Scheduling flexibility, lots of options.

I LOVE the variety of classes - I love that I can select a class that is more or less challenging depending on the day, and that they are available to me at many different time and locations. I also love the way I feel when I am in ANY CorePower class! You have a wonderful community!

I like the expression of community (we're in this together) and individuality (go at your own pace/do your own thing).

I really love the instructors at the Hillcrest studio and the late evening classes (at 9 PM) are very convenient for me, since I often work late during the week. The studio itself is very clean and organized, as well!

Damon is my absolute favorite. He's truly one of the best instructors, with such great energy!! My day is always brighter when I start with one of his classes.

Availability of classes in more then one location !

I appreciate the number of classes and the times of the classes. It makes it easy to get a class in everyday despite my busy schedule. Most of the instructors are sensitive to every person's level of practice without being pushy. They also do a great job of guiding the spiritual aspect of practice as well as the physical.

The variety in the classes and the ability to go to classes at all studios.

Very nice people when you enter the door, and have been impressed with the instructors as well.

They are great. one recommendation would be o give the teachers microphones. Sometimes it's hard to hear them, ecspecially when they turn up the music.

Also, all of your soaps/shampoos...i wish there were labels with ingredients so I know what was in them. It'd be nice if you had organic/healthy/natural products that are more in alignment with the yoga lifestyle.

I like the peacefulness and serenity yoga gives to me and my life. I especially enjoy the instructors who know what they are doing and seem like they genuinely care about you and your experience.

The teachers , especially Damon and Victoria, really care and take an interest in their students. The heat was just perfectly set and they each demonstrate knowledge, competency and deep understanding of the postures.

The different type of classes!

This is my favorite studio. The teachers are always giving good instructions with their wonderful flow. Positive little gems of information. The energy of the staff and other students is always positive. Everyone is helpful and kind. I have so many favorite instructors like Heidi,Eliza, and of course Victoria. The list can go on and on.

I like the flexibility of going to corepower nationwide.
