Over the years, I have tried all sorts of exercise and wellness regimes. My goal was to lose weight and nothing, no matter what I tried, helped me. In addition, I found the sheer repetitiveness (especially in other yoga classed I tried) of each routine so boring that, eventually, I just moved on. All of that changed when I found Core Power. Not only did I lose weight, but I found that each teacher added their own twist, their own creativity, their own style to each class, preventing classes from becoming routine or boring. I know that on any given day, I can choose a teacher to fit my moods and needs, or I can be surprised by trying a new teacher. I cannot tell you how important this is to me and to so many of the people I know in the community. It keeps my practice fresh and I am challenged everyday. Thank you, Core Power, for given your trusted and certified teacher the freedom to design their own routines, play their own music, and inspire their classes!
