Frequency of classes, instructors, facilities, location

I love the teachers and the classes! My favorite class is C2 - I like it hot and challenging. And even though i have been practicing for many years, I still continue to grow spiritually and emotionally from being on my mat at core power.

I like the classes! The locker room is trying and quite inefficient for large groups of women. A shower timer would be great especially for those of us who are in full sprint to get to work. Also, the cleanliness is not always what it should be. Lots of people use this studio...it should be fastidious!

Very Friendly... Good variety of classes and times

I like the way that the heat is being regulated. I have practiced yoga and martial arts for 35 years. Many yoga disciplines use so much heat that it becomes too oppressive and the asana cannot be performed to the maximum benefit designed. I find that the heat and exertion generated in CPY is coming more from my effort then the ambient room temperature.

I also have found Pegah K in Del Mar to be an exceptional facilitator/guide/teacher

Entire staff has been very welcoming and supportive. I am a complete beginner and was a bit anxious to begin. All the beginning instructors are wonderful.

CorePower Del Mar is like coming home. The teachers are invested in their students and quickly become family. The facility is always immaculate, the retail section is DANGEROUS and I am always greeted with a warm smile. The black tag events are AMAZING and there should be MORE!! Overall love for this amazing place.

I loved the focus on core strength. I also really liked the wide variety of high end yoga products that are available for sale in your studio. I've purchased more of my yoga related products from your studio than any other studio or online.

Timeliness of class commencement. I appreciate the inspirational reminder at the beginning of each class - it sets a good tone. The studios are clean and have a good odor, notwithstanding the back to back to back classes.

Dislikes - need more hands on adjustments, the shampoo in the shower doesn't suds (and I'm not a shampoo snob)

The classes are spread out nice through the day. The instructors are great. I love the yoga sculpt classes. In particular I really enjoy Dat, Sonny, Blair, Xuygen, Richard and Evan. I would never change a thing about any of their classes.
