The studios are exprememly spacious. Very friendly staff
I love the variety in the schedule. I like the 6am classes and the evening classes. I do wish they would add back in afternoon classes on the weekends, a 1:30 class would be awesome. Every week I look forward to Rene's HPF classes and Pegahs C2.

I love the commentary made by each instructor in the beginning of class to try and focus on one thing for each class. I like that there are showers and anemities for afterwards. I also enjoy the occasional sales for products.

Love the positive attitudes of the instructors I do a lot of HPF as I have bad shoulders and this class seems better for me If I had a wish list it would be 1) look to add different type of classes and 2) try to provide more individual vatiability in the HPF class. Thank you
