Good instructors, friendly staff, kick butt workout
Physically challenging classes and personal attention from teachers.
The HPF class was challenging. The teacher was thurough. Some of the Bikram Ques were marginally off, but she did a nice job overall.
The studio has a welcoming feel and was equally friendly.

Great instructor! Took Anjali's class on Wednesday morning at 7:15 and she was wonderful. Excellent cueing and instruction and created an atmosphere where no matter what your level of skill or ability was, you felt comfortable. My husband and I loved the class and the teacher.
I love the upbeat vibe amongst the students and the interaction between student and staff. It is a fun, easy environment with excellent classes and instructors!
The variation and challenge that the experienced instructors bring to the sculpt and boot camp classes.
I love the variety of classes offered. I am not sure if I would choose this particular instructor again though.

Requests for women's locker room:
-more ventilation, it can get quite hot in there
-update electrical wiring, if more than two devices (ie hair dryers) are in use, the fuse blows
-stronger water pressure for all showers, especially for the shower next to the wall opposite bathroom stalls and handicap shower
The teachers are the reason I love Corepower Del Mar. Everyone is always friendly. They offer challenging classes from a class with weights Xuyen, to a intermediate Yoga class with Heat with Rene. They have another teacher Stephanie who just started teaching Hot Power Fusion who is Awesome!
Cant wait to go again!

This is a clean, large studio in a busy mall type environment.
The classes are challenging without being impossible, and the instructors are really encouraging of everyone regardless of proficiency. The facilities are kept very clean. I always feel better after going!
