I do miss some of the old instructors, and there has been a decrease in the emphasis on yoga for the mindfulness aspects, as well as the teaching, but still highly recommend!
The trainers are incredible! inspiring and challenging! the studio is always very clean and the ambiance is so welcoming and serene.

Great instructors and classes. Wish there was the CP Hot Yoga class as in Denver studios with the original Bikram series. Great facilities and Nice sense of community. LOve that I can go to other studios if DM doesnt have a class at a particular time.

Clean and friendly environment
Experienced instructors: Xuyen, Raquel and Ashley Al., is what I like best. They all bring their own style to offer challenging C2 and Sculpt sessions. The overall friendly vibe of the Del Mar studio is also appealing.
