I've been a long time member of CPY, specifically using studios in Southern Cali. I took First name removed's class (Sunday noon C2) and can honestly say she is one of the most talented instructors I've ever met. Amazing.
However, the bathrooms, specifically the cleanliness of the showers, could use improvement.
The instructor was great and very easy to follow. She was also very helpful with adjustments to all class members.
Love CorePower- the Biggest recommendation I could make is to improve the parking situation

I love Corepower, they are my tribe. The teachers are caring and compassionate about what they do. They are always friendly and say hello and good bye and acknowledge me and are willing to help and assist with anything I can to better my practice. I have never been as comfortable in a workout facility. I am a life long member with corepower, it is life changing!

My week (and I wish day!) is not complete without a class at CorePower. It's my time to completely get out of my head and into by breath and body. It's a total mental and body cleanse. Plus, everyone is so nice, it instills a total sense of community.
