I really enjoy CorePower and all of their classes! I get a great workout every time I go, and feel that all of the teachers whose classes I have taken have been motivating and encouraging. Prior to taking CorePower classes I had done very little yoga but I felt that the classes were easy to follow and make my own when modifications were needed. Overall I really enjoy my time in the CorePower studios.
