I LOVE the way I feel after class! CorePower is the best form of enjoyable exercise that I have ever tried. I feel my best when I am consistent but even when I am not, the instructors and staff are so supportive and kind. They really meet you where you are and provide room for you to be who you need to be while you are on your mat! I absolutely love CorePower. The other wonderful attraction to the BV location is that the parking is great, I never have an issue and that is amazing! Thank you!!!

The instructor was amazing! Amazing flow and direction. I'm fairly new to the Yoga practice and didn't know what all the move/postures/positions were called but didn't really need to because she placed herself in the room so I could hear and see what she was doing. It was probably the best Yoga class I have ever been to. Returning next Saturday and most likely ongoing. Thank you!

Corepower yoga is reliable; I know what to expect from instructors, but it's never boring.
My favorite yoga spot to date! Everyone was so welcoming, the instructors are so knowledgeable, and I feel like I learned so much from just one class, even though I’ve been practicing for 4 years now. I highly, highly recommend. And you get a free trial period, can’t score a better deal!

Everyone there is kind, friendly, and helpful, unlike dealing with corporate CPY during my pause in studio practice. If it wasn't for how great this studio is, I would have canceled my membership after my experiences with corporate CPY.

I love Corepower!! There was a little too much spiritual stuff in the last class I took, but I wish the Southeast studio had a second studio so there were even more classes!!

Friendly staff, easy going classes that are only as challenging as you allow them to be. I like that you don’t have to feel pressured to follow along step by step and you can to go at your own pace.

Instructors are great. Studio is nice, clean. There are enough classes throughout the day to accommodate any schedule.
The consistency of the workouts and classes regardless of the instructor
Friendly welcoming environment where everyone encouraged to take care of selves. Good workout, good group of people there.
Only problem is the heat often doesn’t work.
