Everyone is always so kind the moment you walk through the door. I have been to several locations and they are always so clean and welcoming. The teachers are always so patient and encouraging; allowing you to play and push yourself. Every class I ever taken has such a variety of students- from people with the ability to do hand stands to new people just trying to keep their balance, it truly is a judgement free area.

I love the teachers and the classes.
A couple of things that could be worked on - twice the 6 am c2 teacher has not shown up. I survived Sculpt, but I would have preferred C2 at 6 am!

Also, sometimes abandoned clothing/garbage/water bottles are in the dressing rooms for multiple days.

I don't care so much about the products, but the services are beyond wonderful. The instructors are very kind and knowledgeable. I can't even rate what these classes have done for my body, mind, and soul. I'm stronger in every way and I'm grateful for that.
