The different levels offered for beginners and the experienced. The many locations is a plus as well.
I hit up all the classes but c1 and I feel that Grand Ave teachers truly take their teacher to a higher level than other studios and I love this studio. I don't purchase a lot due to cost of clothing.

The classes are challenging, but not too challenging. I also like that every instructor is kind and has a unique style of teaching
Quite comfortable surroundings--although locker room was a little crowded. Instructor was very professional and adapted her instruction so all levels could participate and enjoy the work out.

The instructor was very knowledgable and easy to follow along with. It was my first hot yoga session and I enjoyed it very much. It was a unique workout for me and I would definitely do it again!
