This was my first class with Pegah. She approaches the HPF class differently than most other instructors. It felt more meditative and instructional. I loved her reminders that we can fall into autopilot when we become familiar with a routine, and her education on backbends. I have been approaching backbends differently all weekend and can already feel the difference in my neck/throat.

Please stop sending me these surveys after every single class and then multiple reminders!

Just started going, but the classes are great and the staff are super friendly! I love that there are multiple locations. I feel that the classes push me but I also feel free to adjust the moves if I need to.

jamie is such a gift! no matter which class i take (C2/ HPF) at either location (grand/highland) she is present and inspiring, kindly nudging students to find depth/edge/rest~above all, listening to our bodies. super fantastic

The Dream team was at the front desk when I checked in the other day (Pegah, Amy, Nora & Jenna). I wished I could have taken classes at the same time from all 4 of them at the same time haha! They’re all amazing.
