The facilities are clean, organized and user friendly. The best part, however, is the expertise, knowledge, and courteous demeanor of the staff. I try to attend three times a week and each time think the instructor is my favorite. They are all so good there's not much to choose between any of them.

I'm 73 years old. I'm made to feel very welcome among clients who are much younger, and yet they are respectful of some of the limitations (like balance) that besege those in my age group.

I love the hot rooms. The instructors are all so knowledgeable and helpful. The ability to go to any location works perfect with my crazy job. The studios are all so clean and stocked with things I seem to always forget! lol. I love CP!!!
