Core power is definitely the nicest studio I have ever been to and because of this I was nervous to look silly or have patrons/instructors be dismissive of me and my obliviousness. They weren't! My instructor was hands on (gave the option not to be), which helped me to properly execute positions in a comfortable yet challenging way. Everyone was very kind, patient and helpful from the front desk to the locker room! I don't know why I assumed it would be anything but a lovely experience but I can't wait for my next class!!
