WE love Amy J.'s class! Wish the parking was better around the studio. Might suggest getting tape markers on the floor. Find it annoying to have to move mats with just a few minutes til the class is to start. So enjoy core power.

The classes were incredible. I felt like I got a great workout out of it yet it was still the right style of yoga I needed to calm my mind at the end of the day. I would highly recommend!

Great yoga classes/teachers, it would be great to have more room in the men's locker room and yoga rooms (SLP is the smallest studio), there is limited men's apparel

just finished boot camp and it was great. the Emily's rocked it out. the only downside to slp is the horrible locker room situation. too small and cramped. lovely class and then you have to navigate the gong show in the locker room.
